Breast Lift with Implants Before & After Case 1554

This 41 year old, referred to Dr. Parker by another patient, requested improvement in the appearance of her breasts, abdomen and hips after having had 4 children with a 60 pound weight gain, then loss with each pregnancy. She says her weight is now stable—she is 5’6” tall and weighs 143 pounds. The patient works out frequently and takes good care of herself. She wants her breasts lifted including more filled out upper poles, abdomen flatter with loose skin gone and hips more contoured.  During her consultation with Dr. Parker, he and the patient discussed a Mommy Makeover procedure which would include a breast augmentation along with a vertical mastopexy (also known as a “lollipop lift”), his version of a lipoabdominoplasty (also known as a Parker Tummy Tuck) and liposuction of her hips (also known as “lipo 360”). The patient agreed that this was exactly what she wanted. Dr. Parker subsequently performed all of these things at one surgical setting. The patient had selected 175 cc silicone implants during her Sizing and Shaping Session. Dr. Parker inserted these into a dual plane location as part of the breast procedure and liposuctioned 350 cc of fat from each hip. The patient recovered much more quickly than she expected and is very happy with the results of her Mommy Makeover procedure. The patient absolutely loves how she looks, saying she feels confident and sexy again.
