Breast Lift with Implants Before & After Case 1553

This 43 year old patient, referred to Dr. Parker by another patient, requested improvement in the appearance of her breasts—she would like them lifted and fuller. The patient said she has had 3 children and recently lost 20 pounds through diet and exercise—she said her breasts changed very little with this. The patient is 5’1”tall and weighs 155 pounds. During her consultation, Dr. Parker discussed options with the patient. They agreed upon the insertion of silicone implants inserted into a dual plane location along with a vertical mastopexy, also known as a “lollipop lift”. During her Sizing and Shaping session, the patient selected a 250 cc implant for her larger right breast and 275 cc implant for her smaller left breast. Dr. Parker subsequently performed this surgery. The patient was very pleased with the ease of her recovery and loves the appearance of her soft, natural looking breasts with scars that are imperceptible.
