Breast Implant Revision Before & After Case 606

This 38 year old was referred to Dr Parker by another patient. She had a TUBA breast augmentation with large saline implants 19 years ago. Subsequently her breasts enlarged and drooped. She wanted to have her breasts smaller and more uplifted. In addition, she wanted her abdomen flatter and more contoured. The patient is 5’5″ tall and weighs 155 pounds. Dr Parker removed a 520 cc saline implant from the right breast and 600 cc implant from the left. He replaced these with 425 cc silicone implants, then performed a lollipop lift. At the same surgery, he performed a lipoabdominoplasty as well as liposuction of the hips (removing 800 cc of fat from each side) and back (removing 100 cc of fat from each side). The patient was thrilled with her recovery which was much better than she had anticipated. She now works out every day at the gym and has lost 10 pounds since surgery. Her dress size has gone from 10 to 4. She loves the ways she looks and feels–much more self confident and happy with her body.
