Breast Implant Revision Before & After Case 1567

This 62 year old nurse, referred to Dr. Parker by another patient, is status post the insertion of 300 cc saline implants through peri-areolar incisions elsewhere 6 years ago with deflation of the left implant two years ago. That implant was replaced with the same size implant, then says she sustained recent deflation right implant. During her consultation with Dr. Parker, the patient asked him to replace her saline implants with the same size silicone implants. At surgery, Dr. Parker removed her saline implants, re-expanded the somewhat contracted pocket in the right breast and inserted 300 cc silicone implants in both breasts as requested. He then carefully closed the peri-areolar incisions with multiple layers of absorbable sutures. The patient was thrilled with the ease of her recovery and loves the appearance of her breasts.
