Breast Implant Removal Before & After Case 1248

This 54 year old is s/p 350 cc saline filled breast augmentation elsewhere over 20 years ago; the implants were inserted in the subglandular position through inframammary incisions. The patient felt the implants were causing her neck and back pain. She asked Dr Parker to remove them and perform a lollipop lift. At surgery, Dr Parker removed the implants and surrounding capsules. He then performed the lollipop lift, otherwise known as a vertical mastopexy. The patient recovered quickly without pain. She is very happy with the appearance of her breasts and she thinks, somewhat improved neck and back pain.
