Breast Implant Removal Before & After Case 1239

This 57 year old patient is s/p insertion of saline subglandular implants through a TUBA approach many years ago. Her right breast hardened and both breasts sagged over time. She asked Dr Parker to remove the implants and lift her breasts. At surgery, Dr Parker removed a 340 cc implant from the right breast and 380 cc implant from the left along with their surrounding capsules. He then performed a lollipop lift, otherwise known as a vertical mastopexy. The patient loves her result and says the recovery was much easier than expected.
