Breast Augmentation Before & After Case 1624

This 47 year old, referred to Dr. Parker by another patient, requested improvement in the appearance of her breasts after having had two children. She likes their shape but wants them fuller. The patient is 5’9” tall and weighs 150 pounds. We agreed her left breast is larger than her right with a different shape. At surgery, Dr. Parker inserted a 425 cc silicone implant in the smaller right breast and a 400 cc silicone implant in the larger left breast, both in a dual plane position. The patient was delighted with her rapid recovery and beautiful postop results.
