Breast Augmentation Before & After Case 1577

This 24 year old requested a breast augmentation to fill out breasts which have always been smaller than desired. She says her weight stable. During the patient’s initial consultation with Dr. Parker, he pointed out the patient’s right breast sat somewhat higher on her chest than the left. He explained that he would lower that inframammary fold at the time of surgery to match the left breast as closely as he could. He would support the lowered fold with a small piece of Galaflex absorbable scaffold which would allow her body to form collagen to act as an ”internal support bra”, then dissolve after about 12 months. He also pointed out the patient’s left breast was somewhat larger than her right. During the patient's Sizing and Shaping session, she chose a 275 cc silicone implant for her right breast. At surgery, using inframammary incisions, Dr. Parker inserted a 275 cc silicone implant in a dual plane location, in the right breast and a 250 cc implant in the larger left breast. The patient said her recovery was very easy. She loves the natural look and feel of her breasts.
