Breast Augmentation Before & After Case 1575

This 29 year old, referred to Dr. Parker by another patient, requested a breast augmentation to fill out deflated breasts after having had 2 children. She gained 60 pounds with the first, then 35 with the second and back to pre pregnancy weight of 140 pounds now. The patient is 5’3” tall. During the patient's Sizing and Shaping session, she chose 275 cc silicone implants. At surgery, using inframammary incisions, Dr. Parker inserted these 275 cc silicone implants in a dual plane location. The patient said her recovery was surprisingly easy. She loves the natural look and feel of her breasts now.
