Tummy Tuck Before & After Case 1558

This 73 year old, referred by another patient, requested improvement in the appearance of her breasts and abdomen. She had a tummy tuck 20 years ago elsewhere, was not happy with those results and would like to have it re-done. She would also like her breasts lifted. Her weight at max was 150 pounds, now stable at 130. The patient is 5’4” tall. During the patient’s consultation, she and Dr. Parker discussed options. They agreed upon a vertical mastopexy, otherwise known as a “lollipop lift” as well as a secondary abdominoplasty. Several weeks later, Dr. Parker performed these procedures. The patient was  thrilled with the ease of her recovery as well as her results. She was on a cruise for 95 days and wore a bikini all the time, for the first time in years. She absolutely loves the appearance of her breasts and abdomen.
