Liposuction Before & After Case 1621

This 74 year old, referred to Dr. Parker by another patient, requested a tummy tuck to address the sagging skin on her abdomen after having had 3 children with a weight gain, then loss of ~ 30 pounds. The patient says she works out every day and the extra skin she is carrying really bothers her.  The patient is 5’3” tall and weighed 117 pounds before surgery. Dr. Parker performed his version of a lipoabdominoplasty, otherwise known as a Parker Tummy Tuck, as well as SAFE liposuction of her hips (removing 200 cc of fat from each side). The patient said she recovered rapidly from her surgery. She loves her markedly improved contour and feels much more self-confident.
