This 38 year old patient, previously diagnosed with a thyroid condition, had lost 50 pounds of weight following medication adjustment, diet and exercise. She wished to improve the appearance of her abdomen and torso. The patient is 5"3" tall and weighs 190 pounds. Dr. Parker performed lipoabdominoplasty and liposuction of the patient's hips. He removed 8 pounds of tissue from the abdomen and 650 cc of fat from each hip. The patient recovered quickly and painlessly from the surgery. She is very excited about her improved appearance and enhanced self esteem following surgery. She has renewed her exercise program with a new sense of determination. Prior to his use of lipoabdominoplasty, Dr. Parker would not have been able to achieve as dramatic a result safely in a patient this size.

This 38 year old patient, referred to Dr. Parker by a friend, presented with multiple concerns. She was bothered by her sagging abdominal skin, drooping breasts and loss of waistline. She is 5'4" tall and weighs 144 pounds. The patient smokes 1 pack of cigarettes per day. Dr. Parker performed lipoabdominoplasty, liposuction of the hips and augmentation mastopexy all at one surgery. Though the patient had tried to stop smoking before surgery, this proved difficult for her. Armed with this knowledge, Dr. Parker modified his procedures accordingly. The patient recovered quickly without any complications, whatsoever. She is delighted with her appearance in all areas following surgery. Dr. Parker attributes the excellent, uncomplicated abdominal result in this patient with a smoking history to the principles followed with lipoabdominoplasty.

This 40 year old patient, referred by another patient of Dr. Parker's, requested improvement in the fullness of her abdomen. She had given birth to two children by C-section, runs daily including marathons, but is bothered by the laxity of her abdominal skin and "shelf" over-hanging her C-section scar. The patient is 5'3" tall and weighs 115 pounds. Dr. Parker performed lipoabdominoplasty and liposuction of the hips. He removed 225 cc of fat from each hip. The patient recovered in record time and is ecstatic with her rejuvenated torso.

This 31 year old patient, referred by word of mouth to Dr. Parker, asked for an improved contour of her abdomen, hips and buttocks. Following the birth of her children, she works out regularly in the gym, but has been unsuccessful in achieving her goals. Dr. Parker performed lipoabdominoplasty, liposuction of the hips and fat injections to the buttocks. He removed 450 cc of fat from each hip and injected 300 cc of fat into each buttock. The patient recovered quickly and painlessly from her procedures and is thrilled with her appearance.

This 44-year-old patient was frustrated by her hanging abdominal panniculus. Efforts at weight loss had plateaued. The patient is 5 feet 6 inches tall, weighs 170 pounds. Dr. Parker performed a lipoabdominoplasty procedure on the patient's abdomen along with liposuction of the hips and lateral thighs: 900 cc of fat was removed from each hip and 850 cc from each lateral thigh. The patient recovered quickly with little postoperative pain and loved her rejuvenated torso. She has since become very active at her gym in order to maintain her physique.

This 32 year old patient, referred by another physician to Dr. Parker, requested improvement in the appearance of her abdomen. She works out regularly, but following the birth of her children, developed significant stretch marks in her skin and laxity of her abdominal muscles. The patient is 5'5" tall and weighs 126 lbs. Lipoabdominoplasty was performed by Dr. Parker. The patient healed very quickly following her surgery. She returned several months later and requested liposuction of her hips, outer thighs, inner thighs and knees. Dr. Parker removed the following amounts of fat from each side: hips-375cc, outer thighs-175cc, inner thighs-300cc, and knees-50cc. Again, the patient recovered rapidly from the surgery and was extremely happy with her improved body contour.

This 39 year old, referred to Dr. Parker by another patient, requested restoration of the breast volume she once had prior to the birth of her children. The patient is 5'7" and weighs 159 lbs. Dr. Parker performed breast augmentation, inserting 420 cc saline implants into a partial submuscular position through a peri-areolar approach. The patient recovered quickly from her procedure. Several months later, she then requested rejuvenation of her abdomen, hips and thighs. Dr. Parker performed lipoabdominoplasty as well as ultrasonic liposuction of the hips, outer and inner thighs. Following surgery, the patient returned to normal daily activities within 10 days. She was delighted with her markedly improved appearance. She has returned to the gym, working out regularly and is in the best shape she has been in many years. The patient feels wonderful about the way she looks and feels.

This 61 year old, referred to Dr. Parker by word of mouth, was bothered by her breasts and abdomen, both of which had gradually gotten larger following the birth of her children. Following a consultation with Dr. Parker, the patient then spent time with his Professional Photographer, reviewing Computer Images and discussing options raised. The patient then decided to undergo a breast reduction, abdominoplasty and liposuction of her hips and back. The patient is 5'2" tall and weighs 145 pounds. She wore a DD cup size bra and wished to wear a C cup. Dr. Parker performed a central pedicle breast reduction to lift, reduce and create a more youthful shape to the breasts. At the same time, he performed an abdominoplasty and liposuction on the hips and back. Two years later, the patient requested and underwent liposuction of her inner and outer thighs. Again, she was very pleased with the outcome of this surgery, as well.

This 43 year old initially was referred to Dr. Parker to improve the appearance of her lower abdominal fullness. She had lost 43 pounds a year earlier and maintained this. She is 5'7" tall, weighs 158 pounds and previously had given birth to two children. Dr. Parker performed abdominoplasty, as well as liposuction of hips, back, and arms. The patient recovered quickly from this surgery and returned 4 years later requesting a medial thigh lift and lateral thigh/ buttock lift to improve the sagging in these areas. After a consultation with Dr. Parker, the patient spent considerable time with his Professional Photographer reviewing Computer Images and discussing the various options raised. She decided to undergo an abdominoplasty, as well as liposuction of her hips, back, inner and outer thighs and knees. The patient is 4'11" tall and weighs 121 pounds. The patient was so pleased with her quick recovery from surgery and the natural- appearing results she had obtained, that she returned several months later. She now requested Dr. Parker to rejuvenate her breasts. She wished to decrease from a D cup size to a C cup, along with lifting and re-shaping the breasts. Dr. Parker performed a vertical breast reduction. Following this procedure, the patient again recovered rapidly and loves her new breasts. This 39 year old was bothered by the hanging skin and fat on her abdomen after pregnancy and C-section. Following a consultation with Dr. Parker, the patient spent time with his Computer Imager. After these discussions, the patient elected to undergo an abdominoplasty along with liposuction of her hips and back. The patient is 5'2" and weighs 140 lbs. During the surgery, Dr. Parker removed 550 cc of fat from each hip and 500 cc from the back. Following her recovery, the patient was very happy with the rejuvenated appearance of her torso.

This 27 year old lost 60 lbs of weight through diet and exercise. She was referred to Dr. Parker, by another patient, to address her concerns about the fullness of her abdomen and hanging skin. The patient is 5'9" and weighs 171 lbs. Dr. Parker performed an abdominoplasty along with liposuction of the hips. He removed 500 cc of fat from each hip. Following surgery, the patient was delighted with the improved contour of her torso and the way she felt about herself.

This 46 year old, referred by a family member, expressed concerns about the fullness of her abdomen and hips. After a consultation with Dr. Parker, the patient spent time with his Computer Imager. Following those discussions, the patient elected to undergo an abdominoplasty as well as liposuction of her hips, inner and outer thighs. The patient is 5'3" and weighs 131 lbs. During the course of the surgery, Dr. Parker removed 700 cc of fat from each hip, 200 cc from each inner thigh and 475 cc from each outer thigh. The patient was thrilled with the improvement in her appearance.

This 55-year-old patient, referred by another patient, was concerned about the fullness of her hips and back. She is 5 feet 10 inches tall and weighs 195 pounds. Dr. Parker performed ultrasonic liposuction of both hips and back: A total of 750 cc of fat was removed from each hip and 2200 cc of fat removed from the back. The patient recovered quickly from her surgery and is very pleased by the improved appearance of her torso and better fitting of her clothing.

This 35 year old, referred by another patient, asked Dr. Parker to improve the sagging skin and fat on her abdomen. She had two pregnancies with considerable weight gain and subsequent loss. The patient is 5'7" tall and weighs 172 lbs. Dr. Parker performed an abdominoplasty and liposuction of the hips. The patient healed quickly and was pleased with her markedly improved contour.

This 40 year old, referred to Dr. Parker by word of mouth, was bothered by the laxity in her lower abdomen and fullness in her hips. Dr. Parker discussed the options of a full tummy tuck versus a mini-abdominoplasty. The patient wished to limit the length of the lower abdominal incision and selected a mini-abdominoplasty along with liposuction of her hips. The patient is 5'6" tall and weighs 135 pounds. During surgery, Dr. Parker suctioned 400 cc of fat from the abdomen, 275 cc from the right hip and 325 cc from the left. The patient was pleased with her quick recovery from surgery and the improved appearance of both abdomen and hips.

This 46 year old patient, from Central NJ, consulted Dr. Parker about drooping breasts and sagging abdominal skin. These developed following the birth of two children a number of years ago and recent 40 pound weight loss achieved with diet and excercise. Dr. Parker performed a lipoabdominoplasty, liposuction of the hips and a breast lift to rejuvenate the patient's torso. The patient is 5' tall and weighs 135 pounds. She recovered quickly with little pain. She was able to return to work within 10 days and the gym shortly thereafter. The patient is delighted with her results and says it's one of the best things she has ever done.

This 34 year old, referred to Dr. Parker by another patient, requested improvement of her sagging breasts and abdomen following childbirth. The patient is patient is 4'11" and weighs 112 pounds. Performing a staged procedure, Dr. Parker inserted 150 cc silicone implants (chosen by the patient in her Sizing Session) into a partial submuscular location and performed a vertical mastopexy to lift the breasts. Additionally, he performed a lipoabdominoplasty and liposuction of the hips, removing a total of 600 cc of fat from each hip using the VASER ultrasonic liposuction system. The patient's recovery took somewhat longer than usual, but she is very pleased with the improved size and shape of her breasts as well as her more youthful abdomen and hips.

This 51 year old patient's daughter had been operated on by Dr. Parker previously. She asked him to improve the fullness of her abdomen and correct the high-riding breast implants, inserted by another plastic surgeon several years ago. After reviewing all options with the patient, Dr. Parker performed the following surgeries. He removed the patient's 240 cc saline implants from bilateral subpectoral pockets. He performed a more thorough pocket dissection and inserted 360 cc saline implants, which the patient had chosen in her preoperative Sizing Session. Additionally, he performed a lipoabdominoplasty and ultrasonic liposuction of the hips, removing 700 cc of fat from each hip. The patient recovered rapidly with little pain. She is delighted with the improved shape of her breasts as well as her abdomen and hips.
