This 36 year old noticed her breasts becoming smaller after the birth of her daughter. The patient is 4 feet 11 inches tall and weighs 105 pounds. She wanted to increase from her current small B to a large B or small C cup size. To accomplish her goals, Dr. Parker performed an endoscopic transaxillary breast augmentation. He inserted 330 cc saline implants in a submuscular position.
Postoperatively, the patient has achieved her desired size with a natural appearance of her breasts and tiny, inconspicuous incisions that have healed well in the armpit area.

This 25 year old patient has always been bothered by her small breasts. She is 5 feet 3 inches tall and weighs 128 pounds. Preoperatively, she wore a large A, small B cup and desired a small C cup postoperatively. Through a periareolar incision, a dual plane breast augmentation was performed by Dr. Parker. He inserted a 315 cc saline implant on the right side and a 330 cc saline implant on the left to maximize symmetry. The periareolar incisions are inconspicuous and her desired cup size has been achieved.

This 40 year old patient lost 27 pounds in the months prior to surgery causing a loss of breast volume particularly in the upper portion of the breast. She is 5 feet 6 inches tall and weighs 127 pounds. She wore a B cup prior to surgery and wished to become a C-cup. Through an inframammary incision, a dual plane augmentation was performed by Dr. Parker: 330 cc saline implants were inserted on the right side and 345 cc saline implants on the left in order to maximize symmetry.

This 36 year old, referred by her gynecologist, desired more fullness in the upper portion of her breasts and for them to appear perkier, but without an uplift. The patient is 5 feet tall and weighs 123 pounds. Using a transaxillary, endoscopic approach, Dr. Parker inserted 420 cc saline implants in a submuscular position. Following surgery, the patient's aesthetic goals had been achieved. Her cup increased from B to full C cup size and the incisions were undetectable.

This 40 year old, referred by a friend, expressed concern about the loss of the fullness from the upper portion of her breasts as she aged. She requested the breasts be made fuller, firmer and more "uplifted" without a dramatic increase in size. The patient is 5 feet 6 inches tall and weighs 136 pounds. Dr. Parker inserted 240 cc saline implants in a sub muscular position through an inframammary approach. Postoperatively, the patient was very happy with the restoration of her more youthful-appearing breasts. Her cup size enlarged from small to full B cup and the incisions were inconspicuous.

This 28-year-old patient requested breasts augmentation to improve upon her small breasts, which had bothered her for some time. The patient is 5'2" tall and weighs 100 pounds. In the Sizing and Shaping Session the patient selected 285 cc implants. Prior to surgery, the patient was a 34 small B-cup and requested enlargement to a large B small C. Through periareolar incisions, 285 cc smooth round saline implants were inserted in the submuscular position. Postoperatively, the patient was quite pleased. She became pregnant several months following her augmentation. She is shown here in her seventh month of pregnancy.

This 23-year-old female wished to improve upon the small size of her breasts. She wore an A/B cup and would like to be a C cup size. The patient is 5'4" tall and weighs 115 pounds. Dr. Parker inserted 300 cc smooth round saline implants in a submuscular position through a transaxillary approach. Postoperatively, the patient was delighted by the rapid and painless recovery from her surgery and the natural improved appearance of her breasts.

This 25-year-old patient had lost 50 pounds in the past year. She presents as a B-cup and would like to be a full C/small D cup. In the Sizing and Shaping Session the patient selected 380 cc implants. The patient is 5'7" tall and weighs 155 pounds. Through transaxillary incisions, Dr. Parker inserted 380 cc smooth around saline filled implants bilaterally. Following surgery, the patient was thrilled with her appearance.

This 33-year-old patient, referred to Dr. Parker by a friend. She requested her breasts to be restored to large B/small C cup size, which they had been prior to two pregnancies. She was currently a 34 A cup. The patient is 5'3" tall and weighs 115 pounds. In the Sizing and Shaping Session, the patient requested 330 cc implants. Dr. Parker inserted 330 cc smooth round saline implants through periareolar incisions in the submuscular position. Postoperatively, the patient was very pleased with the size and shape of her breasts as well as restored self-esteem.

This 39-year-old patient,was referred by a friend. She requested a breast enlargement. She had lost weight recently and lost volume, particularly in the upper part of her breasts. The patient is 5'7" tall and weighs 159 pounds. In the preoperative Sizing and Shaping Session, the patient requested 420 cc implants. Dr. Parker inserted 420 cc smooth round saline implants into the submuscular position through inframammary incisions. Following surgery, the patient was very happy with the improved appearance of her breasts.

This 35-year-old patient lost 60 pounds through diet and exercise. She wished to restore lost volume to her breasts. She is currently an A cup and would like to be in C cup range. The patient is 5 feet 1 inches tall and weighs 125 pounds. In her preoperative sizing session, the patient chose 325 cc silicone implants. Dr. Parker placed the implants in a dual-plane location to help achieve an uplifted appearance of the breasts. At the same time the patient underwent breast augmentation, she also had a tummy tuck. Postoperatively, the patient was surprised at how quickly she returned back to normal activities and work. She feels she looks great and has received many compliments from her coworkers and friends.

The patient is 5'9" tall and weighs 145 pounds. She currently wears an A-cup bra. In her preoperative sizing session, the patient selected 275 cc saline implants. Dr. Parker pointed out to her the preexisting asymmetry between her two breasts. In surgery, Dr. Parker inserted a 275 cc implant on the right and 290 cc implant on the left in the submuscular position through inframammary incisions. Postoperatively, the patient recovered quickly and painlessly. She loves the improved size and shape of her breasts.

She is 5 feet 3 inches tall, weighs 103 pounds. In her preoperative sizing and shaping session, the patient requested 375 cc silicone implants. She and Dr. Parker agreed upon an inframammary incision with submuscular positioning due to the thinness of her tissues. She recovered quickly from her surgery and is thrilled with the size and shape of her breasts.

This 38-year-old has always been bothered by the small size of her breasts. It took her many years to get up the courage to seek a consultation with a plastic surgeon. After seeing Dr. Parker initially, it was 10 years later, she now returned for her surgery. In her preoperative sizing session, the patient decided upon 300 to 330 cc silicone implants. During surgery, Dr. Parker inserted a 300 cc implant on the right side and 325 cc on the left side to correct herpre-existing asymmetry. An inframammary incision was used and the implants placed in a submuscular position. Postoperatively, the patient recovered quickly and painlessly returning back to normal activities shortly after surgery.

This 26-year-old lost 140 pounds following gastric bypass surgery. She had been a double B-cup and now wears a B-cup, having lost significant volume in the breasts with her weight loss. She requested restoration of breast volume by Dr. Parker. The patient is 5'10" tall and weighs 176 pounds. In her preoperative sizing session, she requested 350 cc silicone implants. The preexisting asymmetry between her two breasts was discussed including options to improve this. The patient was not interested in a formal breast lift procedure. Instead, Dr. Parker inserted 350 cc silicone implants into a dual plane position through periareolar incisions in an effort to restore volume and lift the breast as much as possible. Postoperatively, the patient recovered quickly. She was very pleased with the size and shape of her breasts commenting, that her breasts looked better now than they did years ago when she was heavier.

This 36-year-old patient has been bothered by her small breasts for many years. Following the birth of her children, they became even smaller. She would like to increase them from her current A cup size to large a B, small C cup. She was referred by a family friend who is a plastic surgeon in New York City to Dr. Parker. The patient is 5 feet 7 inches tall and weighs 120 pounds. In her preoperative sizing session, she chose a 350 cc silicone implants to be inserted through an inframammary incision. Because of the thinness of her tissues Dr. Parker placed these implants in a submuscular position. Postoperatively, the patient recovered quickly and painlessly from her surgery. She returned back to normal activities within several days after surgery and is delighted with the size, shape and look of her breasts.

This 33-year-old patient has always been bothered by the small size of her breasts which were exacerbated by the birth of her children. She plans on having more children. The patient is 5 feet 7 inches tall and weighs 115 pounds. In her preoperative sizing session, the patient chose a 375 cc to 400 cc silicone implants. She preferred an inframammary incision. Dr. Parker pointed out the preexisting asymmetry between her two breasts. In an effort to equalize the size of her breasts, Dr. Parker inserted a 400 cc implant in the right breast and 375 cc implant in the left. The patient recovered quickly from surgery with little pain and was able to return to full activities shortly afterwards. She is very happy with the improved appearance of her breasts.

This 41-year-old was referred to Dr. Parker by her gynecologist to improve the size and droopiness of her breasts. She is 5'1" tall and weighs 125 pounds. She currently wears an A cup bra and would like to be somewhat larger and uplifted. In her preoperative Sizing and Shaping session, the patient selected 200 cc implants. Dr. Parker pointed out to her the preexisting asymmetry between her breasts in both size and shape. Intraoperatively, Dr. Parker inserted a smooth round moderate plus profile saline implants 200 cc on the right and 215 cc on the left. He was able to perform a minimal scar periareolar mastopexy to reduce the size of the areolas and uplift the breasts. The patient is pleased with the size and shape of her new breasts.

This 38-year-old woman was referred to Dr. Parker by a friend. She desired correction of her drooping breasts and sagging abdominal skin following pregnancies. The patient is 5'4" tall and weighs 140 pounds. She wore a B-cup bra. In her preoperative Sizing and Shaping Session, the patient selected 250 cc silicone implants. Dr. Parker performed a lipo-abdominoplasty on the patient and a periareolar augmentation mastopexy. She recovered quickly from her surgeries and loves the appearance of both her breasts and tummy.

This 41-year-old woman was referred to Dr. Parker with a marked asymmetry between her breasts. This condition occurred with breast development at puberty. Though she has been bothered by it for many years, she finally decided to do something about it now. The patient is 5 foot 8 inches tall and weighs 200 pounds. Dr. Parker inserted smooth, round, saline-filled breast implants in both breasts. On the right side, 300 cc and on the left side, 150 cc. Additionally, on the left side, he performed a vertical mastopexy to uplift the breast and try to match as closely as possible the shape of the right breast. Following surgery, the patient was delighted with the improvement in the appearance and symmetry of her breasts.

This 50 year old patient, referred by a friend, has always been bothered by her small breasts. They lost even more volume following the birth of her children. The nipples enlarged and became droopy after breast feeding. The patient is 5' 4" tall and weighs 128 pounds. She wears an A/B cup bra and would like to wear a B/C cup. During the initial consultation, Dr. Parker discussed reduction of the patient's relatively large, drooping nipples at the time of breast augmentation. Guided by the patient's pre-operative Sizing Session, Dr. Parker inserted 325 cc silicone implants and performed a nipple reduction. After surgery, the patient had no bruising, little swelling and no pain. She loved the size of her breasts and her rejuvenated nipples as well.
