Breast Lift with Implants Before & After Case 452

This 36 year old requested rejuvenation of her breasts, abdomen and hips after having had 2 children. She is 5’7″ tall and weighs 145 pounds. After examining the patient, Dr. Parker recommended silicone breast augmentation on her right breast and an augmentation/ mastopexy(breast lift) on her left side in order to achieve optimal symmetry. He also recommended a lipoabdominoplasty and SAFE liposuction of the patient’s hips. The patient decided she preferred a saline breast augmentation, and that she wanted only SAFE liposuction of her abdomen and hips. She was reluctant to undergo the tummy tuck because of healing time and wished to avoid a scar. During the patient’s first procedure, Dr. Parker inserted saline breast implants through periareolar incisions into a partial submuscular location, 300 cc on the right side and 325 cc on the left. He also performed SAFE liposuction, removing 450 cc of fat from her abdomen and 500 cc of fat from each of her hips. She recovered quickly after this surgery and was pleased with her results. She returned a year later asking Dr. Parker to perform a lipoabdominoplasty, having seen and talked with several of his patients who had the procedure performed. Dr. Parker performed a lipoabdominoplasty several weeks later. The patient was somewhat surprised how quick the recovery was from this surgery. She is now thrilled with the marked improvement in the appearance of her abdomen as well.
