Face Lift (Rhytidectomy)

The procedure
A facelift works by surgically re-positioning fallen fat in the jowls back up to the mid-face, and removing excess skin using limited incisions. We also redefine the jaw line and re-contour the neck.
- The procedure is performed under general anesthesia and takes roughly 3½ hours
- You stay overnight in our surgical facility and are monitored by one of our highly trained registered nurses
Recovery
- After surgery, there is very little pain and some patients do not even request medication
- Stitches are removed within one week
- Swelling and discoloration subside within 10 to 14 days, allowing you to resume normal activities and exercise within three weeks.
Rapid Recovery perioperative program
The Parker Center has also developed a unique Rapid Recovery perioperative program for its patients. It includes a combination of:
- Special skin stimulating creams
- Oral herbal medications
- Intraoperative use of tissue glue
- Intravenous medications
- Postoperative manual lymphatic drainages massage
This program allows our patients to enjoy a shorter recovery time with minimal swelling and bruising, while treating themselves to the pampering they deserve.
Brow lift and eyelift
