Rhinoplasty Patient 32
This 26 year old complained that her nose was too large. She said she would like to have it smaller and in better proportion with the rest of her face. Dr. Parker performed an open rhinoplasty during which he reduced the patient’s bony cartilaginous hump, narrowed the nose with infractures, refined and set back her large, over projecting tip and raised her hanging columella. The patient experienced no pain, moderate swelling and little bruising. She loves the appearance of her smaller, better shaped and well proportioned nose.
