This 23 year old was concerned about her dorsal nasal hump and breathing difficulty. An open rhinoplasty with SMR and bilateral inferior turbinectomies were performed by Dr. Parker as well as insertion of an extended chin implant through a submental incision. Postoperatively, her breathing was markedly improved. Aesthetically, the nose has a more pleasing contour on both frontal and profile views.
