Rhinoplasty Patient 19
This 26 year old patient, referred by another patient, requested a more refined nasal tip; she requested it be less bulbous and the sides of the nose more narrow. Prior to surgery, Dr. Parker directed his computer imager to show the patient what she should look like after surgery. The patient was quite pleased with the anticipated appearance of her nose. Dr. Parker performed an open tiplasty to refine the tip cartilage and remove the fleshy side walls of the nose, known as the alar bases. The patient recovered quickly from the procedure and is delighted with the look of her nose.
