This 43 year old initially was referred to Dr. Parker to improve the appearance of her sagging breasts and lower abdominal fullness. She had lost 43 pounds a year earlier and maintained this. She is 5′7″ tall, weighs 158 pounds and previously had given birth to two children. She wore a D cup bra and wished to wear a C cup. Dr. Parker performed a vertical breast reduction (195 grams from the left breast, 145 grams from the right), abdominoplasty, and liposuction of hips, back and arms. The patient recovered quickly from this surgery and returned 4 years later requesting a medial thigh lift and lateral thigh/ buttock lift to improve the sagging in these areas.
