This 34 year old, referred to Dr. Parker by another patient, asked for improvement in the appearance of her breasts. Following the birth of her 2 children, her breasts lost volume in their upper portion. Additionally, subsequent to breast feeding, the patient developed an inverted nipple on the right side. The patient is 5′4″ tall and weighs 113 pounds. Dr. Parker inserted saline implants, 235cc on the right side and 250cc on the left side, to equalize a pre-existing asymmetry. The implants were placed in a partial submuscular position through inframammary incisions. Dr. Parker also corrected the patient’s inverted nipple at the same time. The patient recovered with minimal pain, little swelling and no bruising. She was delighted with the improved, yet natural-appearing appearance of her breasts.
