This 25 year old, referred by her sister to Dr. Parker, requested breast enlargement. She said she has always been smaller than she liked and became even smaller following childbirth. The patient is 5′4″ tall and weighs 127 pounds. During the patient’s Sizing Session, she selected saline implants, 300 cc for the right breast and 325 cc for the left. Dr. Parker inserted these implants through an infra-mammary incision into a partial subpectoral pocket. The patient recovered quickly and with little pain after surgery. She loves her breast size and shape. Additionally, she feels much more self-confident and is very happy she had the procedure done.
