This 44-year-old felt as if her breasts had progressively gotten smaller over time. She wore a B-cup bra and wanted to be C-cup size. She is 5′4″ tall and weighs 120 pounds. In her preoperative sizing session, she selected 250 to 275 cc silicone implants. Dr. Parker pointed out the preexisting asymmetry between the two breasts to the patient. In surgery, he inserted a 275 cc silicone implant in the right breast and 250 cc in the left. These were placed in a submuscular position through an inframammary incision. Following surgery, the patient was quite happy with the appearance of her breasts.
