This 38-year-old woman was referred to Dr. Parker by a friend. She desired correction of her drooping breasts and sagging abdominal skin following pregnancies. The patient is 5′4″ tall and weighs 140 pounds. She wore a B-cup bra. In her preoperative Sizing and Shaping Session, the patient selected 250 cc silicone implants. Dr. Parker performed a lipo-abdominoplasty on the patient and a periareolar augmentation mastopexy. She recovered quickly from her surgeries and loves the appearance of both her breasts and tummy.
