This 32-year-old is currently a small B cup and would like to be restored to a full B cup, which she had been prior to her three pregnancies. She is 5′2″ tall and weighs 115 pounds. In the Sizing and Shaping Session, the patient selected a 280 cc implant. Dr. Parker inserted 280 cc smooth round saline implants in the submuscular position through inframammary incisions. Postoperatively, the patient was extremely happy with the improved appearance of her breasts.
