This 39-year-old patient,was referred by a friend. She requested a breast enlargement. She had lost weight recently and lost volume, particularly in the upper part of her breasts. The patient is 5′7″ tall and weighs 159 pounds. In the preoperative Sizing and Shaping Session, the patient requested 420 cc implants. Dr. Parker inserted 420 cc smooth round saline implants into the submuscular position through inframammary incisions. Following surgery, the patient was very happy with the improved appearance of her breasts.
