This 33-year-old patient, referred to Dr. Parker by a friend. She requested her breasts to be restored to large B/small C cup size, which they had been prior to two pregnancies. She was currently a 34 A cup. The patient is 5′3″ tall and weighs 115 pounds. In the Sizing and Shaping Session, the patient requested 330 cc implants. Dr. Parker inserted 330 cc smooth round saline implants through periareolar incisions in the submuscular position. Postoperatively, the patient was very pleased with the size and shape of her breasts as well as restored self-esteem.
