This 23-year-old female wished to improve upon the small size of her breasts. She wore an A/B cup and would like to be a C cup size. The patient is 5′4″ tall and weighs 115 pounds. Dr. Parker inserted 300 cc smooth round saline implants in a submuscular position through a transaxillary approach. Postoperatively, the patient was delighted by the rapid and painless recovery from her surgery and the natural improved appearance of her breasts.
