This 43 year old initially was referred to Dr. Parker to improve the appearance of her sagging breasts and lower abdominal fullness. She had lost 43 pounds a year earlier and maintained this. She is 5'7" tall, weighs 158 pounds and previously had given birth to two children. She wore a D cup bra and wished to wear a C cup. Dr. Parker performed a vertical breast reduction (195 grams from the left breast, 145 grams from the right), abdominoplasty, and liposuction of hips, back and arms. The patient recovered quickly from this surgery and returned 4 years later requesting a medial thigh lift and lateral thigh/ buttock lift to improve the sagging in these areas. Dr. Parker performed this surgery and again the patient recovered quickly with little pain. She once again loves her rejuvenated appearance.

This 39 year old, referred to Dr. Parker by another patient, requested restoration of the breast volume she once had prior to the birth of her children. The patient is 5'7" and weighs 159 lbs. Dr. Parker performed breast augmentation, inserting 420 cc saline implants into a partial submuscular position through a peri-areolar approach. The patient recovered quickly from her procedure.

Several months later, she then requested rejuvenation of her abdomen, hips and thighs. Dr. Parker performed lipoabdominoplasty as well as ultrasonic liposuction of the hips, outer and inner thighs. Following surgery, the patient returned to normal daily activities within 10 days. She was delighted with her markedly improved appearance. She has returned to the gym, working out regularly and is in the best shape she has been in many years. The patient feels wonderful about the way she looks and feels.

This 61 year old, referred to Dr. Parker by word of mouth, was bothered by her breasts and abdomen, both of which had gradually gotten larger following the birth of her children. Following a consultation with Dr. Parker, the patient then spent time with his Professional Photographer, reviewing Computer Images and discussing options raised. The patient then decided to undergo a breast reduction, abdominoplasty and liposuction of her hips and back. The patient is 5'2" tall and weighs 145 pounds. She wore a DD cup size bra and wished to wear a C cup. Dr. Parker performed a central pedicle breast reduction to lift, reduce and create a more youthful shape to the breasts. At the same time, he performed an abdominoplasty and liposuction on the hips and back. Two years later, the patient requested and underwent liposuction of her inner and outer thighs. Again, she was very pleased with the outcome of this surgery, as well.

This 50 year old patient, referred by a friend, has always been bothered by her small breasts. They lost even more volume following the birth of her children. The nipples enlarged and became droopy after breast feeding. The patient is 5' 4" tall and weighs 128 pounds. She wears an A/B cup bra and would like to wear a B/C cup. During the initial consultation, Dr. Parker discussed reduction of the patient's relatively large, drooping nipples at the time of breast augmentation. Guided by the patient's pre-operative Sizing Session, Dr. Parker inserted 325 cc silicone implants and performed a nipple reduction. After surgery, the patient had no bruising, little swelling and no pain. She loved the size of her breasts and her rejuvenated nipples as well.

This 40 year old, referred to Dr. Parker by word of mouth, requested rejuvenation of her abdomen and hips following the birth of her children. After a consultation with Dr. Parker, the patient spent considerable time with his Professional Photographer reviewing Computer Images and discussing the various options raised. She decided to undergo an abdominoplasty, as well as liposuction of her hips, back, inner and outer thighs and knees. The patient is 4'11" tall and weighs 121 pounds. The patient was so pleased with her quick recovery from surgery and the natural- appearing results she had obtained, that she returned several months later. She now requested Dr. Parker to rejuvenate her breasts. She wished to decrease from a D cup size to a C cup, along with lifting and re-shaping the breasts. Dr. Parker performed a vertical breast reduction. Following this procedure, the patient again recovered rapidly and loves her new breasts. She works out regularly to maintain the body she has re-gained.

This 46 year old patient, from Central NJ, consulted Dr. Parker about drooping breasts and sagging abdominal skin. These developed following the birth of two children a number of years ago and recent 40 pound weight loss achieved with diet and excercise. Dr. Parker performed a lipoabdominoplasty, liposuction of the hips and a breast lift to rejuvenate the patient's torso. The patient is 5' tall and weighs 135 pounds. She recovered quickly with little pain. She was able to return to work within 10 days and the gym shortly thereafter. The patient is delighted with her results and says it's one of the best things she has ever done.

This 34 year old, referred to Dr. Parker by another patient, requested improvement of her sagging breasts and abdomen following childbirth. The patient is patient is 4'11" and weighs 112 pounds. Performing a staged procedure, Dr. Parker inserted 150 cc silicone implants (chosen by the patient in her Sizing Session) into a partial submuscular location and performed a vertical mastopexy to lift the breasts. Additionally, he performed a lipoabdominoplasty and liposuction of the hips, removing a total of 600 cc of fat from each hip using the VASER ultrasonic liposuction system. The patient's recovery took somewhat longer than usual, but she is very pleased with the improved size and shape of her breasts as well as her more youthful abdomen and hips.

This 51 year old patient's daughter had been operated on by Dr. Parker previously. She asked him to improve the fullness of her abdomen and correct the high-riding breast implants, inserted by another plastic surgeon several years ago. After reviewing all options with the patient, Dr. Parker performed the following surgeries. He removed the patient's 240 cc saline implants from bilateral subpectoral pockets. He performed a more thorough pocket dissection and inserted 360 cc saline implants, which the patient had chosen in her preoperative Sizing Session. Additionally, he performed a lipoabdominoplasty and ultrasonic liposuction of the hips, removing 700 cc of fat from each hip. The patient recovered rapidly with little pain. She is delighted with the improved shape of her breasts as well as her abdomen and hips.
