This 43 year old initially was referred to Dr. Parker to improve the appearance of her lower abdominal fullness. She had lost 43 pounds a year earlier and maintained this. She is 5'7" tall, weighs 158 pounds and previously had given birth to two children. Dr. Parker performed abdominoplasty, as well as liposuction of hips, back, and arms. The patient recovered quickly from this surgery and returned 4 years later requesting a medial thigh lift and lateral thigh/ buttock lift to improve the sagging in these areas.
