Over the years, factors such as pregnancy, nursing, and the force of gravity take their toll on a woman's breasts. As the skin loses its elasticity, the breasts often lose their shape and firmness and begin to sag. Breastlift, or mastopexy, is a surgical procedure to raise and reshape sagging breasts--at least, for a time. (No surgery can permanently delay the effects of gravity.) Mastopexy can also reduce the size of the areola, the darker skin surrounding the nipple. If your breasts are small or have lost volume--for example, after pregnancy--breast implants inserted in conjunction with mastopexy can increase both their firmness and their size. Dr. Parker specializes in breast surgery procedures.

As we age, the relentless force of gravity causes the skin around our eyebrows to sag, creating a tired and listless look. Excess activity of our brow and forehead muscles may also result in deep creases and furrows that may project a harsh or stern appearance. A browlift can now be performed through small incisions behind the hairline using a special technique known as the endoscopic browlift. Depending on your individual needs, a browlift can be performed alone or in conjunction with a facelift or eyelid surgery (blepharoplasty). Dr. Parker performs brow lifts on his patients.

One defining characteristic of the face is good bone structure. Facial implants are available for patients who may not have gotten the most ideal genetic makeup and wish to highlight or pronounce certain facial areas for a more balanced look. Facial implants may also be placed in contrasting areas to help de emphasize facial features. For example, a weak chin may make the nose seem more prominent. With a chin implant, a pronounced nose becomes instantly less obvious.

Breast enhancement is a safe and ideal way to help you achieve the feminine curves you desire while increasing your confidence level. When you love your body, you feel more beautiful than ever. During breast enlargement surgery, the patient is placed under sedation (although other methods are sometimes used) to ensure maximum comfort. An incision is made along the nipple, under the breast, or under the arm, and the implant is carefully inserted beneath the pectoral muscles or beneath the breast tissue. Dr. Parker can help you achieve that goal through personalized and professional breast enhancement.
