Insurance:
Over the years, insurance companies have progressively stopped paying for surgical procedures they once did. Today, cosmetic surgery procedures are not covered by insurance. Certain components of a surgical procedure may qualify for insurance coverage. For example, at the time of rhinoplasty surgery, if a deviated septum is being repaired to improve the patient's ability to breathe, this may be covered by the insurance company.
