Eyelid Lift Patient 18

This 35 year old, referred to Dr. Parker by another patient, requested improvement in the appearance of her large nose and aging eyes. Dr. Parker performed an open rhinoplasty, reducing the bony-cartilaginous hump along with infractures, reducing the size and sculpturing a more refined nasal tip as well as performing alar base resections to narrow the base of the nose. All of this was done to make the nose appear smaller. Additionally, Dr. Parker performed an upper lid blepharoplasty and removed herniated fat from the lower eyelids through transconjunctival incisions–no skin was removed from the lower eyelids. The patient recovered without any pain, and experienced minimal bruising and swelling. She was thrilled with the improved appearance of her nose and more youthful eyes. The patient thanked Dr. Parker for the “great work that you did”.
