Removal & Replacement of Implants Patient 10
This 51 year old patient’s daughter had been operated on by Dr. Parker previously. She asked him to improve the fullness of her abdomen and correct the high-riding breast implants, inserted by another plastic surgeon several years ago. After reviewing all options with the patient, Dr. Parker performed the following surgeries. He removed the patient’s 240 cc saline implants from bilateral subpectoral pockets. He performed a more thorough pocket dissection and inserted 360 cc saline implants, which the patient had chosen in her preoperative Sizing Session. Additionally, he performed a lipoabdominoplasty and ultrasonic liposuction of the hips, removing 700 cc of fat from each hip. The patient recovered rapidly with little pain. She is delighted with the improved shape of her breasts as well as her abdomen and hips.
