Liposuction Patient 30
This 45 year old asked Dr. Parker to improve the appearance of her sagging breasts and abdomen. She has given birth to 4 children, most recently triplets several years ago. The patient has returned to within 5 pounds of her pre-preganancy weight. She is 5′6″ tall and weighs 140 pounds. After reviewing several options with the patient, Dr. Parker performed the following procedures during one operation: an augmentation-vertical mastopexy, inserting 300cc silicone gel implants in a partial submuscular pocket, VASER ultrasonic liposuction of the hips (300cc of fat were removed from each side) and a lipoabdominoplasty. The patient healed quickly after the procedure. She is pleased with her rejuvnated breasts and torso.
