Breast Reduction Patient 17
This 21-year old woman sought breast reduction surgery. She was a double D cup and wanted to be a C cup. The patient is 5 feet 4 inches tall and weighs 214 pounds. She had a longstanding history of back pain and was unable to work at the gym due to this, as well as the uncomfortable feeling from her heavy breasts. Dr. Parker performed a central pedicle breast reduction, removing 550 g from the right breast and 680 g from the left. Postoperatively, the patient healed well and was very happy with the improved size and appearance of her breasts. She noticed that her back pain was gone on the night of surgery.
