This 61 year old presented with concerns about the aged appearance of his eyes and face. Dr. Parker performed an endoscopic brow lift, upper and lower blepharoplasty and facelift. The patient was very pleased with the very natural and more youthful look following this facial rejuvenation.

This 68 year old was bothered by the tired appearance of his eyes as well as the aged appearance of his face and neck. He was very concerned that the improvements be conservative and that he not look dramatically different following surgery. Dr. Parker performed an upper and lower blepharoplasty in addition to a facelift. Postoperatively, the patient was pleased that his expectations had been met.

This 56 year old dentist expressed concern about facial aging. Specifically, he was bothered by the puffiness of his lower eyelids, heaviness of his upper eyelids, increasingly prominent nasolabial folds and lax skin in his neck. He had undergone an upper and lower lid blepharoplasty elsewhere 30 years ago. Dr. Parker employed the following techniques to address the patient's concerns. An upper lid blepharoplasty was performed. Through the upper eyelid incisions, the corrugator and procerus muscles were removed and a brow pexy done. Fat was removed and translocated to soften the nasojugal grooves using a transconjunctival approach in the lower eyelids. A lateral canthopexy was also performed to support the lower lid and a conservative amount of skin removed. A face and neck lift was also performed including careful fat injections to help improve the nasolabial folds. Postoperatively, the patient was very pleased with his facial rejuvenation. Additionally, he received many favorable comments from patients and friends about his more youthful, yet natural appearance.

This 68 year old, referred to Dr. Parker by another patient, requested improvement in the appearance of his aging face and neck. He had undergone an upper and lower blepharoplasty by another plastic surgeon 10 years ago. He desired a "natural looking change to his face and neck - nothing drastic." Dr. Parker performed a bi-planar face and neck lift. The patient healed quickly following surgery and is very pleased with his appearance. He feels he looks more youthful than ever. The patient recently saw some friends he had not seen in several years and they commented on how good he looks.

This 61 year old male, referred to Dr. Parker by his personal physician, expressed concern about the aging which had occurred in his face and neck. After reviewing several options to address these concerns, Dr. Parker performed a face and neck lift along with an upper lid blepharoplasty. Through the upper lid incision, he removed the corrugator muscles to soften the wrinkles in the patient's glabella and forehead. The patient recovered quickly following his procedure. He and his wife are both very pleased with his results. They love his natural appearance and feel he looks well rested and many years younger.
