This 63 year old patient was concerned about his heavy upper eyelids which he felt made him look older and more tired. Dr. Parker performed an upper lid blepharoplasty. Following surgery, the patient was pleased by the natural, improved appearance which had been achieved.

This 34 year old, referred by one of his friends, requested correction of his lower lid puffiness which he felt made him look tired and older than he was. Dr. Parker performed a transconjunctival blepharoplasty to remove the herniated fat pads. It was not necessary to remove any skin because of the patient's age and good condition of his skin. Postoperatively, the patient was very happy with the natural appearance of his eyes which made him look younger and more well rested.

This 61 year old presented with concerns about the aged appearance of his eyes. Dr. Parker performed an upper and lower blepharoplasty. The patient was very pleased with the very natural and more youthful look following this facial rejuvenation.

This 68 year old was bothered by the tired appearance of his eyes. He was very concerned that the improvements be conservative and that he not look dramatically different following surgery. Dr. Parker performed an upper and lower blepharoplasty, and postoperatively, the patient was pleased that his expectations had been met.

This 56 year old dentist expressed concern about the puffiness of his lower eyelids and heaviness of his upper eyelids. He had undergone an upper and lower lid blepharoplasty elsewhere 30 years ago. Dr. Parker first performed an upper lid blepharoplasty. Through the upper eyelid incisions, the corrugator and procerus muscles were removed and a brow pexy done. Fat was removed and translocated to soften the nasojugal grooves using a transconjunctival approach in the lower eyelids. A lateral canthopexy was also performed to support the lower lid and a conservative amount of skin removed. Postoperatively, the patient was very pleased with his facial rejuvenation. Additionally, he received many favorable comments from patients and friends about his more youthful, yet natural appearance.
