This 48 year old patient was concerned about her abdominal skin laxity, a tethered C-section scar, and a lower abdominal protrusion. She is 5 feet 4 inches tall and weighs 138 pounds. An abdominoplasty was performed by Dr. Parker through a limited incision allowing removal of the C-section scar, tightening of the loose rectus abdominis muscles, and removing lax lower abdominal skin. Postoperatively, note the youthful rejuvenation of the abdominal skin with improved muscle definition and belly button placement on frontal view and profile view.

This 37 year old patient lost 130 pounds with diet and exercise. She desired improved abdominal contour. An extended abdominoplasty was performed by Dr. Parker removing excess skin and fat, and tightening the rectus abdominis muscles. The patient is 5 feet 7 inches tall and weighs 175 pounds. At the same time, a vertical mastopexy (breast lift) was performed.

This 31 year old was referred by her primary care physician to improve upon her very lax abdominal skin and umbilical hernia. She had 2 children previously and plans no other pregnancies. She was recently divorced and was very excited to re-shape her abdomen. The patient is 5 feet 2 inches tall and weighs 110 pounds. An abdominoplasty and umbilical hernia repair were performed by Dr. Parker. The patient was delighted with her new abdominal contour and felt much more self-confident.

This 36 year old patient was referred by her physician to Dr. Parker to address an umbilical hernia and laxity of her abdominal skin and fat. The patient is 5 feet 5 inches tall and weighs 130 pounds. She was unable to correct her condition with diet and exercise. An abdominoplasty and repair of her umbilical hernia was performed. Postoperatively, the patient was delighted with her results and returned to wearing clothing she had been unable to wear for many years.

This 37 year old sought improvement of her lower abdomen. She wished to avoid a full abdominoplasty. The patient is 5 feet 4 inches tall and weighs 116 pounds. After a full review of options with the patient, Dr. Parker agreed to perform a mini-abdominoplasty. The patient recovered rapidly and loved her rejuvenated abdomen.

This 37 year old, referred by a friend, requested improvement of the fullness in her abdomen and hips. She is 5'6" tall and weighs 151 pounds. Dr Parker performed and abdominoplasty and liposuction of the patient's hips and lateral thighs. She recovered quickly from her procedure and loves her new torso.

Dr. Parker performed an abdominoplasty and repaired the patient's umbilical hernia. She recovered with little pain following her surgery and loved her rejuvenated tummy.

This 37-year-old patient had lost 60 pounds through diet and exercise. She was bothered by her sagging abdominal skin and laxity in the lateral thighs with loss of fullness in her buttocks. The patient is 5 feet 3 inches and weighs 140 pounds. Dr. Parker performed a combined abdominoplasty and lateral thigh/buttock lift as well as liposuction of the hips, back, and arms with fat injection to the buttocks. She was surprised at how quickly she recovered from her surgery and was delighted with the rejuvenated appearance of her torso.

This 32 year old patient, referred by another physician to Dr. Parker, requested improvement in the appearance of her abdomen. She works out regularly, but following the birth of her children, developed significant stretch marks in her skin and laxity of her abdominal muscles. The patient is 5'5" tall and weighs 126 lbs. Lipoabdominoplasty was performed by Dr. Parker. The patient healed very quickly following her surgery. She returned several months later and requested liposuction of her hips, outer thighs, inner thighs and knees. Dr. Parker removed the following amounts of fat from each side: hips-375cc, outer thighs-175cc, inner thighs-300cc, and knees-50cc. Again, the patient recovered rapidly from the surgery and was extremely happy with her improved body contour.
