76 year old referred to Dr. Parker by his primary physician with a recurrent basal cell skin cancer on his ear. Dr. Parker arranged for tumor removal by a local Moh's surgeon, then reconstructed the defect with an Antia-Buch flap.

48 year old referred by a Moh's surgeon for reconstruction of an upper lip defect following removal of a squamous cell skin cancer. Dr. Parker repaired the upper lip defect with local tissues to achieve a virtually un-noticeable scar.

49 year old referred for repair of a Moh's defect following removal of a squamous cell skin cancer from his lower eyelid. Dr. Parker reconstructed the defect with full thickness skin grafts removed from both upper eyelids. Not only was the patient pleased with the appearance of his Moh's wound, but like the improved appearance of his rejuvenated upper eyelids.

54 year old referred by a Moh's surgeon for reconstruction of a defect on the sidewall of his nose following Moh's removal of basal cell skin cancer. Dr. Parker performed a bilobed musculocutaneous flap along with a cartilage graft.

57 year old referred by a Moh's surgeon to repair a nasal tip defect following removal of a basal cell skin cancer. Dr. Parker utilized a bilobed musculocutaneous flap for this reconstruction.
