This 34 year old patient was bothered by the "fullness" of her neck since in her early twenties. Because she had good skin tone, liposuction was performed by Dr. Parker. A natural-appearing, more youthful neck was obtained.

This 58 year old patient was bothered by the crepiness of her neck skin and prominent muscle banding beneath it. Dr. Parker re-contoured the underlying platysma muscle with sutures and re-draped the lax skin, a procedure called a neck lift or platysmaplasty. The patient was very pleased with the natural, yet more youthful shape of her neck.

This 29 year old requested improvement in the appearance of her heavy neck. Dr. Parker performed ultrasonic liposuction of her neck, removing 65 cc of fat. The patient recovered quickly and loved her new neck.

This 51 year old requested rejuvenation of her puffy lower eyelids and the fullness in her neck. Dr. Parker performed a lower lid blepharoplasty, removing fat through a transconjunctival approach. The patient did not require removal of skin. He then performed a neck lift removing excess fat, tightening the platysma muscle and removing the excess skin through inconspicuous incisions behind the ears. The patient is happy with her more youthful appearance.

This 35 year old male was bothered by fullness in his neck. Dr. Parker performed ultrasonic liposuction, removing 50 cc of fat. He also inserted a chin implant. After a rapid recovery, the patient was delighted with the markedly improved contour of his neck and chin.

This 38-year old, referred by his primary care physician, expressed concern about his heavy neck, over-projecting nose and obstructed breathing on the left side. He had undergone a closed rhinoplasty many years ago by another plastic surgeon. During surgery, Dr. Parker sculptured the patient's neck with ultrasonic liposuction. With an open approach, he also recontoured the patient's nasal tip to set it back somewhat in better harmony with the rest of the patient's face. Additionally, an SMR and inferior turbinectomy were performed to improve the patient's breathing. Postoperatively, the patient was very happy with the new contour of his neck and shape of his nose. His breathing was markedly improved as well.
