This 37 year old was concerned about diet-and- exercise resistant fat deposits in her abdomen, hips, circumferential thighs, and knees. The patient is 5 feet tall and weighs 128 pounds. Dr. Parker performed liposuction of the above areas removing 4600 cc of fat. Postoperatively, note how everything appears thinner and in better proportion.

This 48 year old patient requested liposuction of her hips, circumferential thighs, and knees. She is 5 feet 6 inches tall and weighed 150 pounds preoperatively. The above areas were suctioned by Dr. Parker, removing 4300 cc of fat. Postoperatively, not only did everything look better and in better proportion, but she went down by 2 dress sizes.

This 25 year old patient is the daughter of the previous patient and was also concerned about the fullness of her inner and outer thighs, hips, and knees. She is 5 feet 4 inches tall and weighs 119 pounds. Liposuction of the above areas was performed by Dr. Parker, removing 1625 cc of fat. The overall slenderizing of her torso and thighs made such a difference to her that one year later she decided to have a breast augmentation.

This 43 year old lost 45 pounds through diet and exercise. She requested an improvement in contour of her back and hips. She is 5 feet 7 inches tall and weighs 158 pounds. Ultrasonic liposelection was performed on these areas by Dr. Parker removing 1000 cc of fat from the patient's back and 1100 cc of fat from each hip. She recovered quickly from the procedure and was very happy with her rejuvenated torso.

This 42 year old patient, referred by her primary care physician to Dr. Parker, was bothered by a diet and exercise-resistant fullness in her abdomen and hips. She is 5 feet 8 inches tall and weighs 135 pounds. Ultrasonic liposuction of these areas was performed removing 850 cc of fat from the abdomen and 400 cc of fat from each hip. Following surgery, the patient loved her new shape and the clothing it now allowed her to wear.

This 18-year-old female, referred by another patient, was bothered by the fullness in her abdomen and hips. Multiple attempts of dieting and exercise were unsuccessful in losing this weight. The patient is 5 feet 1 inches tall and weighs 135 pounds. Dr. Parker performed ultrasonic liposuction on the abdomen and hips. He removed 1100 cc of fat from the abdomen and 650 cc of fat from each hip. Postoperatively, the patient recovered quickly from the procedure and loved her new appearance.

This 45-year-old female was referred to Dr. Parker by a former patient. She lost 45 pounds of weight through diet and exercise, but was still bothered by the laxity of her medial thighs. The patient is currently 5 feet 4 inches tall and weighs 124 pounds. Dr. Parker performed liposuction of her medial thighs and a medial thigh lift, as well as liposuction of the lateral thighs and buttocks. The patient recovered quickly from her surgery. She is delighted with the more youthful appearance of her thighs.

This 32 year old patient, referred by another physician to Dr. Parker, requested improvement in the appearance of her abdomen. She works out regularly, but following the birth of her children, developed significant stretch marks in her skin and laxity of her abdominal muscles. The patient is 5'5" tall and weighs 126 lbs. Lipoabdominoplasty was performed by Dr. Parker. The patient healed very quickly following her surgery. She returned several months later and requested liposuction of her hips, outer thighs, inner thighs and knees. Dr. Parker removed the following amounts of fat from each side: hips-375cc, outer thighs-175cc, inner thighs-300cc, and knees-50cc. Again, the patient recovered rapidly from the surgery and was extremely happy with her improved body contour.

This 40 year old, referred to Dr. Parker by her primary care physician, presented with concerns about excess fat in her hips and thighs. Dr. Parker removed the following amounts of fat with ultrasonic liposuction: inner thighs-375 cc each side, outer thighs-450 cc each side, hips-750cc each side and knees-125cc each side. The patient returned to exercise shortly after the surgery and was delighted in her sculpted hips and thighs.

This 50 year old, referred to Dr. Parker by word of mouth, was bothered by the fullness of her hips and outer thighs. She is 5'5' tall and weighs 145 lbs. Dr. Parker performed ultrasonic liposuction on her hips and outer thighs. He removed 625 cc from each hip and 900 cc from each outer thigh. Postoperatively, the patient experienced very little bruising and swelling. She was very happy with her improved contour.

This 26 year old has worked very hard over the past several years at a sedentary job. She has developed fat in her back and hips which she cannot lose with exercise and this drives her crazy. The patient is 5'6" tall and weighs 200 lbs. After reviewing all options with the patient, Dr. Parker performed ultrasonic liposuction, removing 1175 cc of fat from each hip and 1200 cc from the back. After surgery, the patient loved the markedly improved contour of her hips and back.

This 50 year old, referred by her dermatologist to Dr. Parker, requested improvement in several diet and exercise-resistant areas. The patient is 5'8" tall and weighs 165 lbs. Dr. Parker performed ultrasonic liposuction of the patient's abdomen and hips. He removed 775 cc of fat from the abdomen and 800 cc of fat from each hip. Following surgery, the patient healed nicely and loved her the improved contour of her torso.

This 44-year-old patient was frustrated by her hanging abdominal panniculus. Efforts at weight loss had plateaued. The patient is 5 feet 6 inches tall, weighs 170 pounds. Dr. Parker performed a lipoabdominoplasty procedure on the patient's abdomen along with liposuction of the hips and lateral thighs: 900 cc of fat was removed from each hip and 850 cc from each lateral thigh. The patient recovered quickly with little postoperative pain and loved her rejuvenated torso. She has since become very active at her gym in order to maintain her physique.

This 37 year old, referred by a friend, requested improvement of the fullness in her abdomen and hips. She is 5'6" tall and weighs 151 pounds. Dr Parker performed and abdominoplasty and liposuction of the patient's hips and lateral thighs. She recovered quickly from her procedure and loves her new torso.

This 37-year-old patient had lost 60 pounds through diet and exercise. She was bothered by her sagging abdominal skin and laxity in the lateral thighs with loss of fullness in her buttocks. The patient is 5 feet 3 inches and weighs 140 pounds. Dr. Parker performed a combined abdominoplasty and lateral thigh/buttock lift as well as liposuction of the hips, back, and arms with fat injection to the buttocks. She was surprised at how quickly she recovered from her surgery and was delighted with the rejuvenated appearance of her torso.
