At 50, the patient was concerned about the heavy appearance of her upper eyelids. She was weary of family and friends asking if she was tired or angry, and she felt that she looked older than she should.
Dr. Parker performed an upper eyelid procedure called blepharoplasty to remove the redundant skin and fat. Today, the patient's eyes appear brighter, well rested and more youthful.

At 41, the patient felt she was simply too young to have drooping heavy eyes and brows. In order to correct this condition, Dr. Parker performed a delicate procedure called an endoscopic brow lift and upper lid blepharoplasty. After surgery the brows have been elevated to a more youthful level giving the patient a more open, fresh appearance. She feels prettier and more confident than ever before.

The patient was always bothered by the puffiness of her lower eyelids and by the time she was 29 she decided to have cosmetic surgery. Dr. Parker performed a procedure called transconjunctival blepharoplasty which removes the fat responsible for the puffiness. An external pinch of lower eyelid skin was removed as well. The patient is delighted with the smooth crisper appearance of her lower lids.

In addition to feeling she looked much older than her age, at 54, the patient also had a history of "dry eye" symptoms.
Dr. Parker took a multi-faceted approach to the patient's unique set of problems and performed an upper and lower lid blepharoplasty removing excess skin and fat along with muscle suspension and lateral canthal support. Today she can look in the mirror and feel great and the numerous compliments from family and friends have given her a renewed confidence.

This 35 year old had sustained blunt trauma to her left eye and fractured her cheekbone several years earlier in addition to aging prematurely. Dr. Parker performed an upper and lower lid blepharoplasty . This included repairing the post-traumatic droopiness of the left upper eyelid as well as removing redundant skin and fat from both upper and lower lids to rejuvenate them. Different sized cheek implants were inserted to improve the appearance of both cheeks and correct for the broken left cheekbone the patient had sustained. Postoperatively, the patient and her family were delighted with the natural, but dramatic rejuvenation which had been achieved.

This 62-year-old female, referred by her primary care physician, expressed concern about the tired and aged appearance of her eyes. Dr. Parker performed an upper and lower lid blepharoplasty to remove skin and fat as well as tighten the orbicularis muscle in the lower eyelid. Postoperatively, the patient loved the more youthful appearance of her eyes.

This 49 year old patient, referred to Dr. Parker by a friend, requested improvement in the heavy appearance of her upper eyelids. Dr. Parker performed and upper lid blepharoplasty. The patient recovered quickly and was very pleased with her rejuvenated appearance.

This 51 year old requested rejuvenation of her puffy lower eyelids and the fullness in her neck. Dr. Parker performed a lower lid blepharoplasty, removing fat through a transconjunctival approach. The patient did not require removal of skin. He then performed a neck lift removing excess fat, tightening the platysma muscle and removing the excess skin through inconspicuous incisions behind the ears. The patient is happy with her more youthful appearance.

This 56 year old patient, referred by another patient disliked the heaviness and puffiness in her upper and lower eyelids. Dr. Parker performed an upper and lower lid blepharoplasty. Postoperatively, the patient's eyes look much more wide open and youthful.

This 41 year old was concerned about the "hanging skin" on her upper eyelids. She wanted them to be "wide open and brighter." Dr. Parker performed an upper lid blepharoplasty, removing primarily skin and a small amount of fat. The patient healed quickly after surgery and loved her brighter, more open eyes.

This 40 year old, referred to Dr. Parker by another patient, requested rejuvenation of her aging upper eyelids. Dr Parker performed an upper lid blepharoplasty. The patient recovered quickly and well. She loves her more youthful appearance.

This 56 year old, referred by another patient, was concerned about increasing puffiness of her lower eyelids. Dr. Parker performed an upper and lower lid blepharoplasty. He also lifted the outer aspect of the eyebrows with a browpexy. The patient was pleased with the more youthful appearance of her eyelids and eyebrows.

This 38 year old requested facial rejuvenation. She was bothered by the worsening puffiness of her lower eyelids, jowling and increasingly prominent marionette lines. Dr. Parker performed a lower lid blepharoplasty (transconjunctival removal of fat along with excision of pinch of skin and lateral canthopexy) as well as a mini face lift. Postoperatively, the patient healed very quickly and loved her natural, more youthful appearance.

This 53 year old woman complained of heaviness of her upper eyelids and puffiness of her lower lids. Dr. Parker performed an upper and lower lid blepharoplasty. The patient recovered quickly from her procedures and is very happy with her rejuvenated eyes. She's told us that "people I don't know tell me what great eyes I have!
