This 37 year old female lost 130 pounds with diet and exercise, and although she was content with her breast volume, desired an uplift. She is 5 feet 7 inches tall, weighs 175 pounds. Her cup size is large C, small D. A vertical mastopexy, or lollipop breast lift, was performed by Dr. Parker. He removed 100 grams of breast tissue from the right side in order to achieve symmetry between the two sides. Note the improved shape of the breasts and more youthful positioning of the nipple-areolar complex. At the same surgical setting, an abdominoplasty was performed as can be seen on the postoperative pictures.

This 35 year old patient is status post gastric bypass and 135 pound weight loss. She was bothered by the extreme sagging of her breasts, which were quite uncomfortable and prevented her from exercising. She is 5 feet 7 inches tall and weighs 175 pounds. Bilateral mastopexies (breast lift) were performed by Dr. Parker and 100 grams of tissue removed from the left breast to maximize symmetry. An inverted T-type mastopexy was performed due to the extreme amount of redundant skin the patient had following her significant weight loss. The patient requested an abdominoplasty 18 months later to complement her more youthful breasts.

This 41 year old patient had lost breast volume after childbirth. She wished to be restored to a large B cup size from a small B preoperatively. She is 5 feet 7 inches tall and weighs 112 pounds. Through a peri-areolar incision, a dual plane breast augmentation was performed by Dr. Parker along with a crescent mastopexy or breast lift. Smooth, round 240 cc saline implants were inserted.

This 50 year old patient, referred by one of her friends, sought improvement for her sagging breasts and lax abdominal skin following significant weight loss. The patient is 5 feet 2 inches tall and her weight is stable at 150 pounds. She wears a C cup bra. She is content with her breast size but would like more fullness in the upper portion of her breasts along with a more youthful, uplifted appearance. In one operation, Dr. Parker performed an augmentation mastopexy, abdominoplasty and liposuction of the patient's hips. Due to the preoperative size discrepancy between the breasts, a 280 cc saline implant was inserted in the right breast and a 220 cc implant in the left. A vertical mastopexy was used to lift the breast. Following surgery, the patient was delighted with the more natural appearance of her breasts and abdomen.

This 24 year old patient, referred by her primary care physician, lost 90 pounds over the past 5 years through diet and exercise. Her weight is now stable. She is very bothered by the shape and size of her breasts. She is currently a size B cup and would like to be a mid C cup. She is 5 feet 2 inches tall and weighs 150 pounds. Dr. Parker recommended and performed an augmentation mastopexy. He inserted 240 cc saline implants in a sub muscular position and lifted the breast with a vertical mastopexy. Postoperatively, she was very happy with the improved size and shape of her breasts.
Breast Lift (Correction of Breast Asymmetry) Patient 6

This 20 year old requested better symmetry between her breasts. She wished to maintain the existing size of her right breast. All options were discussed with the patient, preoperatively. She elected to undergo a mastopexy, or skin tightening procedure, alone on the right side without changing breast size. In the left breast, Dr. Parker inserted a 345 cc smooth, round saline implant in the subglandular plane along with releasing the constricted breast tissue and a purse string peri-areolar mastopexy in order to lift the breast. Postoperatively, the patient was extremely happy with the result and was not interested in a subsequent more minor procedure to make the breasts even more symmetric.

This 39-year-old patient requested breast enlargement from a B to a C cup. She is 5'4" tall and weighs 105 pounds. Additionally, she asked to have her breasts lifted and the areolas made smaller. Dr.Parker inserted 300 cc silicone breasts implants in a submuscular position and at the same time performed a periareolar concentric mastopexy to lift her breasts and make the areolas more proportionate in size. Postoperatively, the patient was quite happy with the size and shape of her breasts.

This 36 year old female, referred by a friend, expressed concern about her sagging breasts which also have lost volume. She used to be a D cup and is presently a C cup. The patient is 5'5" tall and weighs 130 lbs. After discussing all options the patient requested a vertical mastopexy with insertion of saline implants. This procedure was performed by Dr. Parker, inserting high profile saline implants in the submuscular position, 300 cc in the left breast, 285 cc in the right breast. Postoperatively, the patient was very pleased with the rejuvenated appearance of her breasts.

This 38-year-old woman was referred to Dr. Parker by a friend. She desired correction of her drooping breasts and sagging abdominal skin following pregnancies. The patient is 5'4" tall and weighs 140 pounds. She wore a B-cup bra. In her preoperative Sizing and Shaping Session, the patient selected 250 cc silicone implants. Dr. Parker performed a lipo-abdominoplasty on the patient and a periareolar augmentation mastopexy. She recovered quickly from her surgeries and loves the appearance of both her breasts and tummy.

This 39 year old, referred to Dr. Parker by a friend, requested that her breasts be restored to their former fullness and uplifted. The patient is 5'1" tall and weighs 108 pounds. She wears a 34 B cup bra. After undergoing a Sizing Session, the patient requested 300 cc silicone implants. Dr. Parker inserted these through a peri-areolar incision and performed a periareolar concentric mastopexy to lift the breasts. The patient healed quickly and was very happy with the improved appearance of her breasts. She subsequently underwent additional facial aesthetic surgery by Dr. Parker.

This 41-year-old was referred to Dr. Parker by her gynecologist to improve the size and droopiness of her breasts. She is 5'1" tall and weighs 125 pounds. She currently wears an A cup bra and would like to be somewhat larger and uplifted. In her preoperative Sizing and Shaping session, the patient selected 200 cc implants. Dr. Parker pointed out to her the preexisting asymmetry between her breasts in both size and shape. Intraoperatively, Dr. Parker inserted a smooth round moderate plus profile saline implants 200 cc on the right and 215 cc on the left. He was able to perform a minimal scar periareolar mastopexy to reduce the size of the areolas and uplift the breasts. The patient is pleased with the size and shape of her new breasts.

This 41-year-old woman was referred to Dr. Parker with a marked asymmetry between her breasts. This condition occurred with breast development at puberty. Though she has been bothered by it for many years, she finally decided to do something about it now. The patient is 5 foot 8 inches tall and weighs 200 pounds. Dr. Parker inserted smooth, round, saline-filled breast implants in both breasts. On the right side, 300 cc and on the left side, 150 cc. Additionally, on the left side, he performed a vertical mastopexy to uplift the breast and try to match as closely as possible the shape of the right breast. Following surgery, the patient was delighted with the improvement in the appearance and symmetry of her breasts.
